- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product received

- Used or washed products
- Customized items (if applicable)

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as per customer preference)

- We offer exchanges for size issues only (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
